Nice app. Two missing things: URL shortening and DnD support for images but really does its quick tweet job. Thanks a lot!

the icon on the desk is too big, i wish so user can choose between, none, small and normal icon! :)

Nice tool for a fast tweet, but couldnt you just stay in the menu bar and present the input field if the user clicks the icon?

its one of my fav. app. of all time! its always here on my desktop. you can just tweet,,photo is working too. so Quick Tweet is amazing.

Its missing some key features: 1) URL shortening 2) Mentions (should automatically bring up names as you type after the @) And it needs to remove one annoying feature: 1) Truncates tweets automatically, instead of allowing an overflow that we can edit ourselves. This is especially a problem with the lack of a URL shortening feature, because when I paste a URL and it doesnt fit the 140 characters, it just cuts off the end of the URL, rendering it useless. So in essence I have to compose my tweet BEFORE putting it into Quick Tweet, which is MORE work. In other words, NOT "quick".

I dont want to read my timeline on my desktop; if I did, Id go online. Quick Tweet perfectly captures the experience Im looking for. My only suggestion so far would be a enter/return to tweet option for even quicker tweeting.

Won’t authenticate with Twitter, acts like it works and then trashed several tweets silently.

Easily adds itself to twitter apps, but doesn’t tweet anything and my tweets were lost. This app should be tossed aside and rendered useless. I was really hoping this would work. What a bummer!

The circle does not go away after twitting. It really should. This app removes distraction of reading timeline but adds distraction of leaving a little circle. Boundary of tweet box is not clean cut.
